Tough day in College.... :(

  • : ( So at the start of college I made it a point to maintain minimal visibility on anyone's radar. I am very introvert unless I have something in common with you. That whole invisibility thing is now thrown out the window. Our teacher told us to pick a topic, excluding abortion and death penalty, for a argumentative paper and to write it down on her paper. Well I heard nothing about telling the class what we picked afterward!! I picked something close to my heart, to legalize same-sex marriage through the USA XD
  • As I get up to leave she tells us to say what we plan to do. I freak because I don't want to be called out by some religious person and be labeled....that's the last thing I want. When I say I pick to legalize same0sex marriage through the USA all I could hear was gasps echoing in the room.
  • Seriously !!! One guy that was beside me literally backed up a few feet, but two people spoke up for me. Two girls who were together at one point and said, "Just shut the f@#k up will ya. I would like to get on with my life without being looked at like a freak, so I'm on the affirmative too. Take that." : )
  • Question: What are your thoughts on this, or the event itself?
